What the HD Listing Reel actually is
The finished, designed listing video — rendered on our servers as a proper MP4, not recorded from your browser.
Sample reels made from stock photos, not real listings. Every frame comes from the uploaded photos: the camera moves through them, nothing is added or removed.
The in-browser Video Generator is quick and free, but it records what your browser can play, which means WebM on Chrome and a tab you have to keep open. The HD Listing Reel takes the same photos and renders them on our servers with a designed template: a title card with the address and specs, numbered scene captions, subtle camera moves, a colour grade, a soundtrack and a branded end card with the price, the open house and your details.
The output is a broadcast-quality H.264 MP4 at 1080p, in 16:9 for the MLS, YouTube and your listing page, or 9:16 for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts — the same edit, re-laid-out for the format, so you render both without redoing anything.

Choose a format and add 1–20 photos

HD Listing Reel FAQ
How long is the reel?
Each photo is on screen for about 6–7 seconds, plus the title and end cards: 6 photos make a reel of roughly 45 seconds, 12 photos about 80 seconds. For Reels and TikTok, 4–6 photos is the sweet spot. The exact duration is shown next to each finished video under My Videos.
Can I get both the landscape and the vertical version?
Yes — render once in 16:9 and once in 9:16 with the same photos and details. Each render counts as one reel.
What does “unbranded” mean and why would I want it?
The end card normally carries a small Visual Property Agent mark. Paid plans can switch it off so the reel shows only your details, which is what most MLS boards and brokerage brand guidelines require. Free reels carry a watermark.
Is the music licensed?
Yes. Every included track is licensed for use in your listing videos on the MLS, social media and your website, at no extra cost. If a platform ever flags it, contact us with the link and we will sort it out.
How long are my videos kept?
30 days from rendering. Download and keep your copy; the source photos are used only to render the reel.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Every finished reel comes with one free redo. In My videos, choose Redo free to change the captions, the photo order, the music or the voiceover, and it renders again without using another reel from your monthly allowance. To change the photos or the listing details, start a new reel. And every paid plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee on its first payment.
