- Monthly means monthly. The price on the card is the price you are charged. Annual is a separate choice you make deliberately on the toggle above — we will never quote you a monthly figure and bill you for a year.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — no credit card required. The Free plan includes quick video tours in your browser without a monthly limit (Standard & Cinematic), 3 Realistic 3D renders, 3 HD listing reels and 3 photo enhancement downloads, all carrying the Visual Property Agent watermark. Upgrade to Solo, Pro, or Studio any time for more downloads and no watermark.
How do the monthly limits work?
Each plan includes a set number of video tour and photo enhancement downloads per month. Usage is only counted when you download a result — previewing and editing beforehand doesn’t use up your plan. To keep the render queue fast for everyone there is also a fair-use ceiling of 100 AI enhancements and 25 Realistic 3D renders per day on every plan; the quick in-browser tours run on your own computer and have no limit.
What happens if I go over my monthly downloads?
You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time to raise your monthly limit. Your download count resets each billing cycle.
How many per-listing passes can I buy?
Two per calendar month. The pass exists for the agent with an occasional listing, not as a way to run a subscription’s worth of work without a subscription. Past two in a month Solo costs less and includes a great deal more — 100 Realistic 3D renders against a pass’s 20 — so if you need a third listing in the same month we will point you at Solo rather than sell you another pass. The limit resets on the first of each month.
Can I try the tools before upgrading?
Yes. You can upload, preview, and edit with any plan’s tools before downloading — only the download itself counts against your monthly limit, so it’s easy to try things out first.
Can I use the exports commercially?
Yes. Exports are standard JPEG and MP4/WebM files, ready for MLS, listing sites, Zillow, or social platforms. Free-plan exports include our watermark; Solo, Pro, Studio, and Per-listing exports do not.
Where are my photos and videos processed?
Cropping, color, and quick video assembly run in your browser on every plan. AI upscaling, HD renders and Realistic 3D tours use our encrypted, on-demand render servers. For those jobs we keep your original photos on a public disclosure page for the listing (30 days on Free, 12 months on paid plans) so you can meet image-disclosure rules such as California’s AB 723 — see our Privacy Policy and how disclosure works. Nothing else about processing changes on a paid plan. Upgrading only removes the watermark and raises your monthly download limits.
