Why Realistic 3D cannot invent a room: it is built from the real reconstructed geometry of your photo, not from a generative model imagining what might be there. It is structurally incapable of adding a wall that was never there or a window that does not exist. At a moment when AI-generated listing imagery is under scrutiny from MLS boards, portals and regulators, that distinction is worth knowing about — whichever tool you use.
