What the Video Generator actually does

A finished listing video from the photos you already have — captions, music, motion and your branding, made in your browser.

Every listing needs a video for social media, the listing page and the email blast, and most of them never get one because editing takes an evening. The Video Generator takes the listing photos, gives each one a slow camera move, a caption and a transition, lays a music track underneath and exports a ready-to-post video — in minutes, not an evening.

Everything happens in your browser. The photos are never uploaded anywhere; the video is drawn frame by frame on your own computer and saved straight to your downloads. That is why it is free on every plan, including the Free one, with no monthly limit.

For rooms that deserve more than a slow zoom, the HD Listing Reel in Realistic 3D adds real-depth camera moves on every photo; the two tools are designed to be used together.

1

Add the listing photos in order

Drag them in, then drag to reorder: exterior first, then living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, yard. Tag each with a room type and give it a caption if you like.

2

Choose motion, timing and music

Slow zoom in or out, pan in any direction, or static; fade, slide or zoom transitions; 1–10 seconds per photo. Pick one of the included public-domain tracks or upload your own.

3

Export and post

Set your branding text, choose 1080p, 720p or 480p, and click Generate Video. The preview plays while it records; the file downloads when it is done.

What is in the box

The settings that matter for a listing video, and nothing you have to learn a video editor for.

Ken Burns motion per photo

Slow zoom in, slow zoom out, pan left, right, up or down, or hold still. Vary the moves from photo to photo so the video does not feel mechanical: zoom in on the exterior, pan across the living room, zoom out of the kitchen.

Captions and room labels

A text overlay on any photo — “Chef’s kitchen”, “Primary suite with balcony”, the price, the open-house date — at the top, middle or bottom, with an outline so it stays readable over any photo.

Transitions and timing

Fade, slide or zoom between photos, and a duration per photo. A 12-photo listing at 4 seconds each is a 48-second video, the right length for Facebook and a listing page; keep it to 6–8 photos for Reels.

Music

A built-in set of public-domain classical recordings — free to use commercially, no attribution — with a volume slider, or upload your own MP3, M4A or WAV. The music is mixed into the exported file.

Your branding

Add your name, brokerage or website as a corner watermark. Turn it off for an unbranded version — many MLS boards require one, and it takes one click to export both.

Resolution and format

1080p, 720p or 480p; 60 frames per second; MP4 where the browser supports recording it (Safari), otherwise WebM, which uploads to Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn without conversion.

Who uses it

Agents who want a video for every listing, not just the expensive ones.

Solo agents

A video for the just-listed post, the open-house reminder and the just-sold post — three videos per listing, from the same photos, in the time it takes to write the captions.

Teams and assistants

One person can turn a photographer’s delivery into a video for every listing the team takes on, the same day, with consistent branding.

Photographers

Add a video to every delivery as a low-effort upsell, or include an unbranded version in the package so the agent can add their own name.

Video Generator FAQ

Why did I get a WebM file instead of MP4?

Browsers can only record what they support natively. Safari records MP4; Chrome, Edge and Firefox record WebM, so the tool falls back automatically and tells you. WebM uploads directly to Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and X. Instagram and TikTok on a phone prefer MP4: open the WebM in any free converter and save as MP4. Server-rendered MP4 delivery for every browser is on the roadmap.

How long does the export take?

The video records in real time while the preview plays, so a 45-second video takes about 45 seconds. Keep the tab open and visible until the download starts; switching tabs can pause the recording in some browsers.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. The Video Generator runs entirely in your browser; the photos and the finished video never leave your computer. Only the AI tools (Photo Enhancer, Realistic 3D renders) send a photo to our servers, and those say so on their pages.

Can I use the included music commercially?

Yes. The built-in tracks are public-domain classical recordings, cleared for use in your listing videos with no attribution. If you upload your own track, you are responsible for having the rights to it — most social platforms mute videos with unlicensed commercial music.

What is the best length and order for a listing video?

For Reels and TikTok, 6–8 photos at 3–4 seconds each, exterior first, best interior second. For a listing page or email, 10–15 photos at 4–5 seconds, in the order a buyer would walk through the home. Put the price or the open-house date in a caption on the first or last photo.

Can I get depth-aware, cinematic motion instead of a slow zoom?

Yes — that is what the 3D Listing Tour is for. Render the hero rooms there and use this tool for the full walkthrough with captions and music.
